Ingredients for making Stuffed Egg on a Stick:

 800 grams of milk chocolate

 3 cans of condensed milk

 3 teaspoons of butter

 5 paçocas

mold for easter egg on a stick

 lollipop sticks

How to make Stuffed Egg on a Stick:

The first step of this Easter Egg on Stick recipe is to melt the milk chocolate in a bain marie.

When the chocolate is melted you should put a thin layer on the molds and refrigerate. Repeat the process one more time.

Tip: It is important that the chocolate is all over the pan. Avoid placing too large a concentration of chocolate at the bottom of the mold, otherwise your egg shell will be too thick and misshapen.

While you're waiting for your egg in the fridge, start making the filling. To do this, you must mix the condensed milk and butter in a pan for about 15 minutes.

Tip: This is the base for any filling. From there you can add powdered chocolate, powdered strawberry, dulce de leche, cinnamon, etc. and thus, make the filling you like the most.

When the brigadeiro is thicker and doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan, it's time to put the crushed paçoquinhas and mix.

Tip: You can crush peanuts and add them, this will make your filling more crunchy. Regardless of the filling you choose, you can add the elements you want to further enrich this egg.

Remove the mold from the refrigerator and place the filling. Then, apply another thin layer of melted chocolate, place the toothpicks, scrape off the excess chocolate and return to the refrigerator.

Tip: You should only put toothpicks in half of the eggs so that when you assemble, you won't have any problems. Also, to make the process easier, you can use the pastry bag to fill your Easter eggs on a toothpick.

Your eggs are almost ready. At this point you must choose the two parts of the egg you want to join (you can choose sides with different fillings) and pass a thin layer of melted chocolate so that they stick together and form a mini egg.

Ready! Now is the time to enjoy these delicious and easy eggs stuffed on a stick. To see more Easter recipe options, also check out:
